Hey everyone, does anyone have hands-on experience launching e-commerce platforms? My partners and I launched a niche marketplace for hobby products; at first, we focused exclusively on the local market, but now we’re getting orders and sellers from different countries. Some want payments to their credit cards, others demand local payment methods like BLIK, and the currency conversion fees are eating up all our profit margin. Has anyone else dealt with this before?
